Well, good riddance then. Roe and Casey are two terribly flawed pieces of jurisprudence. They are both rooted in a set of principles that are completely arbitrary. In my opinion, the reason abortion continues to be such a controversial issue (apart from overt manipulation by the political parties) is that the Supreme Court was never a competent institution to enact such rules in the first place.
