You don't connect to a wireless phone line. You just don't get phone service. You can either get "naked" DSL, which is just internet service through the phone line without telephony service (as discussed on NPR yesterday, most phone companies won't advertise it, because they want you to think that you *need* a phone line for this), or you can get internet through some other means, like the cable company (which is how I do it - I don't even have a phone jack in my apartment due to some renovations - the old phone line in my 1928-constructed building consisted of wires run from the outside of the apartment and stapled to the baseboards).
