In place of the vapid advice of 'voting with your feet' that plays into the truly ridiculous idea that medical care is just another business, let's recognize that this is a different category, not business. This is people's LIVES as stake.

So let's vote with our vote. Let's stop putzing around with bean counters and regulate hospitals and medical insurance so that the bottom line isn't our life-giving deity where those with the most money are the only ones certain to receive decent care.
