How about the right of the woman to exercise her own beliefs about the life and death of her baby? The woman's right to exercise her own religious beliefs regarding the genesis of life and the extent to which a fetus is a baby? People go back and forth about whether the fetus has a right to life...this is irrevelant b/c it is not for you to decide! It is for the woman and the father of the child to decide. They have to do what it right for them, in accordance to their own religious, spiritual, or philosophical beliefs, whether that means abortion or keeping the baby. Why do pro-lifers insist on dictating the actions of others based on their own religious/spiritual/philosophi­cal beliefs regarding the rights of a fetus? Freedom is making your own decisions and living with the consequences. I respect the freedom of the father and mother in making such decisions without the interference of others, ESPECIALLY the government.
