Not sure what you are using as a basis for my error in judgment. If you consider cities of antiquity as proof that we are unselfish, you must be reading a different history than I do. I do believe religion has played a role in keeping some of us alive over the eons. Don't know if thats good or not considering the intellect of most religious people in America...
