Thanks for the post. I seem to remember Don Rumsfeld talking about exactly what you are describing and meeting great resistance from within the Pentagon and without.

I think what you describe makes much sense and would love to learn more about it.

The one disagreement I have is with your last contention. Have you any idea how many of our coporations have offices around the world? We have an enormous amount of interaction taking place with other cultures in the private sector.
