1. Any refernces to Democrats are lost on me because I've never been a Democrat (or a Republican)

2. What any of this has to do with SDI is beyond me, but I'm a big fan of boost-phase defense, which means space-based lasers.

3. If the US is party to an alliance, or treaty, or any other agreement, that means US soldiers or pilots get shot at defending Israel, then yes, I would say that is way too strong an alliance, and it needs to be terminated.

I'm personally indifferent to the fate of Israel (also Rwanda, France, Tajikistan, and any number of other countries)

4. Claims of Isaeli "innocence" are wasted on me. and I repeat, comparing a fight between Israel and Iran, to the murder of Jewish civilians by the Gestapo, is ludicrous.

5. If Israel perceives an "existential threat" and doesn't nuke the threat, they're stupid.

But if Iran masses it's army for an attack on Israel, they have a lot of open terrain to cross before they get there, and they'll be wiped out long before they reach the Jordan River.
