Of course we are in love with war and death. We started out killing all the natives in order to make room for us. Took us about 300 years to do the job. Then we started in on each other, followed it up with attacks on all sorts of nations, stole land from others and basically kicked ass for as long as we wanted to. Are we horrible at our core? No more or less than any other group of human beings.
