Somewhat off topic, replying to Reardensteel:
I realize the sweats and hoodies are not the most dignified things to fly in, but in these days of metal detectors and X-ray machines and a million "safety" features in the airport, they are the most logical things to wear.
I have done a lot of flying, and when I do, I wear slip on shoes with no metal, sweat pants, a t-shirt, and perhaps a hooded sweatshirt if I am going somewhere cool. I don't wear jewelry of any kind. That way, when I hand them my clear plastic baggie with my identification and money in it, I can walk through the metal detector and be gone with minimal hassle.
I don't wear PINK sweats, though. I don't like wearing logos. I feel if I am going to be wearing a billboard like that, the company should be paying me for the advertising I am doing.
