Scientists don't claim to have all the answers

Only theologians do. Science just looks at the available evidence and tries to offer the simplest possible explanation -- which it then tests. Should more evidence or a more comprehensive explanation come along, scientists reconsider their prevoius conclusions and move on if indicated.

Theologians, at least those of the fundamentalist persuation, never let evidence get in the way of their beliefs.

Whether there is some sort of God or not may be impossible to determine. But the anthropomorphic deities, with their obsessive interest in the human race, who are presented by the religious and expounded on in all the various scriptures are almost certainly human fabrications.
