I say only those who pay Tax to the Federal Government directly should have the Right to Vote in this Nation.

The IRS should be in charge of Issuing Voter Registration Cards.

Pay enough Federal Tax, and be allowed to Vote in a Federal Election.

Exemptions of course for those Wounded in Battle.... as VA Service Connection Money is not Taxed.

Women should also not be allowed to Vote in the United States of America..... as it is currently against the Law to Draft Women into the United States Military for the Defense of the Nation.

Religious Exemptions from Combat Service should also cause the person to lose the Right to Vote.

The Constitution will need to be changed.... but, it would be a bit more doable than just having the poor sterilized, in my own opinion.
