Put a Hold on the Party

Despite the huge improvements of the school, ultimately under No Child Left Behind the school will be rated as a failure. This is the awful reality of NCLB. It requires 95% proficiency of the school population and the subgroups such as ESL and special ed. The penalty is takeover by the state who then farms it out to a private company who then does not do any better but collects money until they eventually get kicked out. The education corp can then reorganize and/or go somewhere else and do it again like cheap engineering firms do.
