I am a Massachusetts/New Hampshire working guy going back to 1990, originally from the Midwest, with some college but no degree, and I have been "getting trashed" progressively and soundly by American elites and politicians and financial institutions and employers for years and years now.

As a highly intelligent guy myself, worlds and worlds smarter than most of the company bosses I end up taking orders from in every job, it amuses me when the stupidity of the various companies, bosses, politicians and elites, not to mention financial institutions, becomes self supporting and taken for granted as validated truth.

Myself, I am a Contrarian. Nowhere on the planet outside America, have the people in charge been so absolutely, incredibly and incompetently remiss in their duties of leadership.

I could cite Feminism. I could cite "trickle down". I could cite wholesale attacks on the American middle class, including our value systems. On this latter point, it could be argued, that the whole point of American college is to disabuse Americans of their faith in God, or any organized, meaningful faith or allegiance. Mission accomplished. No more Middle Class America. Just bossy elites and put upon masses of Americans who have no idea what happened to their Country, while foreign elites sent their kids to get fine educations here in America, and our American kids remained savaged in viciously factory based "processed cheese spread" schools with limited resources and limiting curricula. When they were not being shipped overseas to fight wars in defense of rich kids in places like Europe and the Gulf States and Asia and Kuwait, of course. How many U.S. Dollars went to these efforts in Empire, before we started feeling the effects here at home? Does anybody in the controlling Elite have a figure to offer us formerly middle class Americans? I would like an accounting. Afterall, I still run this Country, despite the completely inane and incompetent people who have messed things up so badly, in the name of Corporatism, Giantism in Government, and Imperial Statism in our foreign policies. I mean, I am a Roman Italian myself, but this incredibly foolish American foreign policy regime is so ineffective and wasteful and squandering of resources, as to make any Napoleonic era imperialist blush. I mean, even Germany's Hitler did everything he did on a shoestring, including lifting Germany out of the doldrums of economic prostration and enthrallment to French and British demanded "reparation payments." Talk about counterproductive. I wonder if the French and the Brits ever rethought that one, in light of later 20th Century History? Elites have a way of getting things wrong, repeatedly, and then slipping away from accountability or responsibility for their mistakes. Not this time.
