Corporate and business taxes do. Taxes on ball players and rappers tend to be absorbed, just as thos on CEO's and other employees.

The person who is taxed. Certainly a better system than the current borrow and spend where everyone pays through inflation for tax deferments for some while the ultimate bill falls on people 30 years in the future.
My main reason for supporting tax hikes, beyond strong Dollar and lower commodity costs, is that the only way Americans decide they want less government is if they have to actually pay full price for the government.
Neither candidate is interested in a balanced budget, so things will continue as they are for four more years.
