Your well-written posts, grounded disposition, and diverse knowledge were a flame to a moth like me. You sucked me in.

Your handle is synonymous with the Best of the Fray. Not simply the board-so-named, but truly what is the Best of the Fray.

Thanks for the many years of sound, sane, pragmatic, astute, un-colored, un-tainted, always educational, always decent, always human observations that you have pain-staking crafted here.

For my money, you are the best poster on the Fray. Although my heart could be tugged by many, yours was always a voice of truth, justice, and seeking the best way...regardless if it was the American Way or the Mexican Way.

I'm sure I'm not alone in my observations. Slate truly owes you something. Like a job running the Fray.
