The political price a candidate pays for action or inaction is determined by the general understanding of the public. The general understanding is woefully inadequate. This board is a place where discussions occur that can and sometimes do have a direct bearing on the general understanding. You don't need me to point out that your voice is important here. You can help raise the cost of doing nothing if you beleive that something should be done. If you believe that nothing should be done, and or the cost of actually doing something is greater than the potential good that might result from doing it, then I would like to hear that from you.
