I understand the context. No one really needs grounds for insulting anyone here. But it also follows that I can call people out for being asshats to nice old ladies.
What could Vic possibly show you that would make you believe her? What explanation could she give over the Fray that you would not also distrust? Do you want her to mail you a transcript? What if you're wrong? To me, it just looks like y'all jumped the gun with your skepticism and are being kind of a dick to a nice grandma with an interesting life story.
No hard feelings. I'm just sayin'.
