And also a silly joke if/when administration changes.  Do outgoing Bushies tell Obamies "Our secret EO's are in that box" ?  !!  . . .  Or does an exiting Republican POTUS put them in a secret place, where they can only be found by a later Republican successor?

The whole secret EO thing sounds fishy to me.  For the Executive Branch, ok.  But outside it?  When no one has ever heard of it?  IDTS.

Also don't like Ackerman's implication that a new law is needed to  "confirm" what is already law.  Doesn't this actually cause confusion?
