sticking to my point in all this about the "quickest message gets the vote, so don't hand your opponent a quick message"...

I know a guy who said he's voting for McCain because he heard Obama say, "We are the change we've been waiting for". He laughed about it, as though it was a nonsensical statement. The irony was completely lost on him that he couldn't realize that it was actually a statement about everyone having a personal responsibility to enact the change they want to see.

Alot of folks vote based on really stupid things. But the bottom line is, they still vote.
