Either you agree that illegal immigration
by Stoneground
is a serious problem or you don't. If you don't then you will never find sufficient will to address it. On the other hand if you believe that illegal immigration is a serious problem that requires our attention then you must decide what changes are necessary and sufficient to address it. The constitution makes no mention of social security cards or numbers. There are plenty of laws that are regularly enforced that were not mentioned or foreseen by the founding fathers. If it is the case that illegal immigration threatens to undermine and potentially destroy the society there is no good excuse for not amending the document to deal with the issue. It can be done narrowly and effectively and constitutionally if there is sufficient will to do it.
