You suggest that people have a choice, not so easy considering the growing number of industries that make a great deal of money on keeping people overweight.
The idea that you do not get fat from fat but that fat effectively cuts hunger that and proteins and almost no carbohydrates is a simple efficient method good for your health and never spoken of as there is no money in it. You do not need pills or gyms or doctors because you finally get well away from the dangerous nonsense of living fatfree if you wish to lose your fat.
I have lost 100 pounds in using humankind´s oldest
recipe for health: animal fats (cream, not milk, butter, eggs,fat cheese, fat fisk and meat)while obliterating everything containing sugar beginning with skipping fresh fruit (except blueberries and raspberries). No bread, no cereals.most vegetables also contain sugar better learn using spinach broccoli cauliflower mushrooms, green salads with delicious fat olive oil dressings. Make your own mayonnaise always.
You will find that what makes you thin is not exercise but a lifestyle with plenty of fat.
It is the fatfree life style - stuffed with the sugars of carbohydrates- that is to blame for the terrible situation of so many Americans these days.
