Hi Jazz, clearly there are exceptions to every story. I couldn't even dream of coming close to every possibility. My point is that there are always situations where someone is victimized and there was truly nothing they could do to prevent it. There are also times where a little situational awareness goes a long way. In the case of a 13 year old child, it is the parent's responsibility to maintain that situational awareness for her/him.
