Re: You know, I generally agree with you on these things, but:

1.) The Europeans use a tier system to seperate their students based on ability, whereas my wife has a kid with an IQ of 40 who can't control his bodily functions in her class (the same class with 5 kids with IQ's > 125.). And oh yes his test score still counts.

2.) no argument there, but I'm pretty sure we have more people from other countries coming to our Univerisities than they do to theirs (admittedly no data on that.)

3.) Exactly what the other countries essentially do for their testing statistics.
