By "from Toyota" are you referring to the warranty on the hybrid components of the car? If so, keep in mind that no manufacturer that wants to remain profitable is going to warranty its products for a time period equal to the median lifespan of the product. They're going to warranty it for a time period on the left hand side of the product's lifespan's bell curve so that the vast majority of the products do not need to be replaced while under warranty.
