Stick to doing funny write-ups of oral argument. When it comes to actual substantive issues you don't have a clue. What are you faulting Obama for, exactly? Not coming out in defense of the Millionaire Amendment, which was nothing more than an incumbent-protection racket? Criticizing the Court for another instance of its ridiculous evolving standards of decency 8th Amendment analysis? Do you even think before you write, or do you just reflexively take the opposite stance to whatever Scalia says?
