Good article by the way. Well boys and girls, looks like this next election is all about the Supreme Court. Obama for the next eight years should put an end to the Reagan-BushBush court. Hope you notice the current 5 to 4 lean to the right Of course you do, Florida, hanging chads, James Baker, lawyers, Jeb, Katherin Harris, recounts, missing votes, butterfly ballots, etc. etc. It was all decided by a 5 to 4. A single vote. Scalia, Thomas, Renquist, take your pick.

Then it was evil doers promoting gay marriage on swift boats. Yeehaw! Cowboys for geezus!

Isn't it interesting how changing "person" to "human being" allows South Dakota to re-address Roe v. Wade. This time it was 7-4 in the US Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. This ruling has effectively ended all abortions in South Dakota. Roe v Wade has been gutted by rephrasing the law. This court now can outlaw abortion in seven more states.

It's eerily similar to the Dover PA case of teaching "creation" along side of biology. In this case they rephrased "creation" (allready a loser), to the new and improved "intelligent design". They argued intelligent design was a form of science, void of any religious motive. Failed miserably. Struck down by a George W. appointed judge no less.

How about "Reverse Discrimination" the theory that an obviously oppressed minority has now gained the upper hand and should not be given any breaks. Affirmative Action became "racial quota's" Of course "Reverse Discrimination" is the offspring of the rephrasing grand daddy of them all, "Seperate but Equal".

How about Bush's rephrasing of the Geneva Convention to support Guantanamo Bay and the torture of prisoners around the world. I guess with this logic Adolf Hitler wasn't technically a terrorist. He was more of an ethnic cleanser. Completely different! Please note my dark and ironic sarcasm, not anti-semitism. Although Sadam Hussain did do some ethnic cleansing of his own with the Kurdish. Again, dark ironic sarcasm. Yet Hussain was called a terrorist even though there were no WMD's or ties to 9-11 and/or Bin Ladin? Bypass rephrasing and go directly to fear mongering.

Then there's the whole rephrasing of 'not needing a judge" or re-defining the ability to wire tap your own citizens in the name of fighting terrorism. There's that terrorism thing again. Maybe if we had focused the last five years on Bin Ladin and the Talaban this would all but be done.

It's quite devious and clever. Create this huge diversion that evokes god and country, spread mistruth and fear. Then, when they're eating from our hands, we'll rephrase this, and rephrase that. It' the peanut in the shell game and these people only care about the price of gasoline.

Back to the main topic of "pro-life" South Dakota. Pro-life, the most blatent of all rephrasings. From anti-abortion to pro-life. South Dakota can't say a fetus is a "person". They did say a fetus was a "human being". Maybe in a truer sense South Dakota can say a fetus is a primate. Or they could say a fetus is a molecular configuration. Ok... too far? Damn. Isn't a fetus a fetus?

Yep, looks like this next election is all about the Supreme Court...
