but it is true....the one thing that the past 7 years has taught US it is that one party rule is a bad thing and that we need the friction between the congress and the whitehouse to funtion properly

Sorry to dissapoint you but no president can sigle hadedly balance a budget as it is congress that sets the budget and not the president just check it out sometime
