Same way Barry can stay in Iraq, cut taxes for most people, give out tax credits to lots of people, spend hundreds of billions of more borrowed money, and keep some of Bush's tax deferments. Hopeheads shouldn't discuss the budget.

I've heard that Barry wants to send out another $50 billion of borrowed money to help folks pay the high energy costs caused by the last $160 billion of borrowed money sent out to help people pay high energy costs. The kid is either dishonest or stupid, or maybe even both. Either way he has a lot of national debt on his hands, the red ink that is sucking the life out of our economy.
