We get the point. Howard Dean came up with a breakthrough using the internet and Barry and Ron Paul exploited Dean's idea this year with excellent results. I used the internet to contribute to McCain's candidacy the other day, as did my 84 year old mother, also a lifelong Democrat.

What you may not get is that the ability to text message while driving a Honda with the MP3 player blaring won't help balance the budget. It gives no insight into the cost of war.
