I think your estimate may be a little early - most pregnancy tests can't even accurately predict that a woman is pregnant before 4 weeks. I think it's possibly more like the first 12 weeks - there's still a high chance for miscarriage up until this point, so many people are reluctant to even consider themselves pregnant until week 12.
