What was the flip flop? Which part of the fisa bill do you think is inconsistent with Obama's positions?

The fisa bill brings the wire tap program under FISA court control. That was Obama's priority. It gives immunity to the telco's from civil suit. It does not prevent criminal prosecution. It is more important to go after the government officials who have ordered the wiretaps rather than the shareholders of telephone companies.
