There is a constutionally protected relationship?

Hmmm... I don't know how you have a constitutionally protected relationship except with another person. Of course, and notwithstanding the contrary view of science, the developng human life is a person in the view of the legislation's proponents. But...
If there is a constitutionally protected relationship here, then that argues against state regulation except for compelling reasons. And what does the legislation intend by putting a woman on notice that her rights in the relationship are terminated by having an abortion -- after the abortion there is no relationship, so what's the point. Hmmm... where is this going...
And, what about the constitutionally protected relationship between doctor and patient. Surely, the doctor-patient relationship is subject to some regulation. But, this legislation seems to interfere in that relationship to a point beyond where Due Process allows, especially since there are enumerated right implicated...
