McCain and crowd would like nothing better than to see Obama fecklessly dump Wes Clark from his circle of campaign advisors, based on their nimble, jiu jitsu like spinning of his perfectly defensible comment about McCain. These Repub Spin Meisters, and McCain stands head and shoulders in the Center of them, plumping for Obama to "dismiss" Clark himself, in a cheap shot upratcheting of the spin doctored noise machine, are testing Obama's fortitude. If he does not stand firm, they will walk all over him for months. Keep Wes Clark on staff and out front, talking freely about issues and concerns we Americans have. My main concern, apart from my own experience with this decidedly febrile Economy, is the tricky Dickiness of Republicans, of which we now have the latest example. Hell, I want Wes Clark as the Democratic Vice Presidential Nominee. He is about as right about everything, as Republicans are wrong: that is to say, about EVERYTHING save abortion.
