Clinton left a "projected surplus" and a recession (if you'll remember). He also left an internet bubble, Enron, Worldcom, no energy policy, no fix for Social Security (and thanks to the Dems we still don't have a fix).

Proof of Clinton's failure as a president can be found easily by seeing how those associated with his administration have done when they've run for President themselves. Progress in the 90s has proven largely an illusion.

That's not to say that a Democrat couldn't be a great fiscal conservative. But Clinton isn't it.

So what Bush gave away in haste....didn't really exist? Oh that's real fiscal conservatism there! Ahahahahahaa!!! The laughter is so gut wrenching you may have to wait awhile for a response....
