Two quick questions; what exactly did Gen. Clark say that was inaccurate or 'below the belt?'

And when was the last MoveOn strike 'below the belt?'

Clark said that getting shot down and becoming a POW does not qualify MAC to be President.

The media has blown it out of context...as usual.

CBS' Scheifer cornered Gen Clarke into saying that. And you can be sure Gen Clark did not want it to come out as it did.

Because the good General's statement before and after the gaffe was highly commending of MAC for his service.

This argument of whether MAC is presidential due to being a POW is bogus. MAC never planned to be shot down and be captured.

It just happened in the service of his country. Much like BO never planned on being born black in a white world.

Neither BO's bi-racial nor MAC's POW status makes them mutually exclusive to be president. It is how they responded to their lives and what efforts they have pushed forward as legislators that will give us the best clues as to eligibility.

IMHO the MSM is trying hard to discount MACs military service. They still seem to be pulling for BO.
