Personally, I find ANY slams of McCain's record as a POW -- a horrendous role into which he was thrust, obviously involuntarily and which he carried out with great honor, courage & dignity -- far more regrettable.

Gen. Clark's statements are, simply, indefensible. Shameful, disgusting, disrespectful behavior. AND they may just move more undecideds and Independent voters INTO the McCain column.

Clark should resign as an advisor to Obama's campaign. Just another "Gate" for the clumsy Obama, hmmm? Lot of "-gates" going around.
