the fray so someone please explain to me how detroit cannot come up with some device that can be slapped on any vehicle that will not double the miles per gal.i talked to a couple of engineers at the local university that say this can be done but it would upset the partnership between oil/autos people wouldn't buy as many vehicles and oil wouldn't sell as much gas.does anyone here believe that something can be put on engines that could increase its mileage per gal?.thank you.
