Reagan's tax cuts did not benefit everyone, just like Bush's cuts, they were paid for with increased government debt. Just like any other loan that debt has to be paid back by someone at sometime, those people will hardly “benefit”. My children and their children will be working hard for years to pay back those tax cuts. Clinton at least tried to balance the budget, which lasted until we got Bush Jr. who wanted to cut taxes, expand the government and start a war or two. Big surprise, that he was such a successful businessman outside Washington.
