...and communication of perception an art and a science. it's a complicated world, getting more complicated. the bounds of the human mind for memory and immediate recall have long ago been exceed by the knowledge base. and it's getting worse, exponentially. the only way to deal with it is, standard education so people understand each others mental process, a merit system that weeds out the intellects that either can't function reliably or can't climb ladders to start with, and total commitment to honesty.
