How is homosexuality a handicap? There are many jobs that a deaf person can not physically do, not to mention that he or she would require special schooling and will have difficulty communicating to people who are not deaf. (Though with the internet and texting, this may diminish to the point where it is irrelevant) There simply isn't such an impairment for homosexuals.
