if so, say "goodbye jaws of life".
if you go slicing into a wrecked car with the jaws of life to free the trapped victims, then you'll be electricuted once you reach the carrier line which handles the 500 volts.
this is already happening with hybrids, which have both gasoline and high power batteries. you can be getting burned to death inside while the first responders are getting electrocuted trying to rescue you.
oh - and the hybrid batteries releasing cadmium as they're burned and destroyed in the fire, which is one of the most toxic heavy metals you can imagine, so your survivors will be billed for a harzardous waste cleanup, after you're buried.
