I predicted that "SCOTUS will hold that the right is individual and subject to reasonable regulation, and I forsee a remand to the Circuit[for review under the appropriate level of scrutiny]."

Well, the majority affirmed the lower court's opinion, and said of "scrutiny" that the D.C. ban wouldn't pass muster "[u]nder any of the standards of scrutiny the Court has applied to enumerated constitutional rights." So, I'm in error: No remand.

OK, so I only made one prediction this year... I'm still counting it is a win...
