We are doing fine, thanks run, of course, we'll be doing much better if the loan I'm trying to close Friday comes through. ;) I quit the taxi job for the summer; too long hours, too little pay. Renewed the Loan Originator license, bought the local taxi license, bought a new laptop cuz they are so cheap and I have this crazy idea that I might find use for it... emphasis on "might"... the industry is so tight; credit in America just gets tighter and tighter; people do not realize how insane it has become; right now, we are doing A++ paper and struggling mightily to get plain old 30 year fixed loans.

I honestly believe that Barak Obama will be a great president, but I also honestly believe that having a great president won't in and of itself be enough to solve the financial mess that GW has hoisted upon this nation. Globally, we have 500 year floods ruining crops in America, China, and India... concurrently! It staggers the mind to think what the economic fallout will be on the next administration.
