If a poor person starves in America...

does anyone care? Is it any different from the tree that falls unheard in the forest? Does our central government focus on the 120 million poor, or do they focus on how to get around that financial pitfall?
In Chicago we have young people recruited from around the world to work shifts at the local factories... no family, just a job in America. How is this different from slavery? Answer: many of the slaves had family. Is today's human trafficking worse than the old south slavery? Does our government care one iota what happens to these young people?
Corporate America has grown into a monster; capitalism does not end well.
