Jesus of Nazereth, the religious leader, is a historical figure, as is proven through dozens of written records (not just the Bible, or even Christian). The fact that he was the redeemer of the world and rose from the dead cannot be proven by history. This is all I was saying. To deny that there was a religious leader in Judea at that time, that was named Jesus, is like denying that Julius Ceaser lived, or Martin Luther.
