I disagree 100%. The matter of choice is correlated in a 1:1 ratio. When women didn't have any choice, neither did men. 100 years ago women couldn't be professors and men couldn't be stay-at-home parents. As the choices for women increase, so do the choices for men.
If women don't have the option to make a lot of money, how could men have the choice to not do so? They can't. If some jobs are considered "women's work" and some jobs are considered "men's work", the choices are limited for both genders.
Physics Girl, this is an EXCELLENT POINT! That's why there are more and more STAY AT HOME DADS! Because now you men can have the choice, too. And I'm positive most women would have NO PROBLEM WITH THAT WHATSOEVER!
