Like I said, let's start up an organization for men and women that want life/work balance. It can include people with or without children, married or single. Again, because it benefits us all.

It can include Public Service Announcements and other ways to educate children, young adults and adults about a more balanced role between men and women and the choices they make in careers and life and how to negotiate properly during a marriage. People say that it is 50/50, but I say it is whatever YOU WANT IT TO BE or you LET IT BE. So couples should negotiate whatever works for them. It's healthier that way and gets rid of the rigid lines of what's a woman's job and what's a man's job.

How do we start such an organization? How do we fund it? I have no freakin' idea. :) But I guess in my off time I should figure it out, find a way to get a hold of you and
