Seriously. This bomb stinks so bad, if your name is 'Mike Myers' (or even 'Meyers'), you now have to worry everyone is secretely laughing at you, on the other end of the call, when you leave the room, etc.. That's "holding up to ridicule", and may create liability for damages.
You may think no one cares that much, but there is always the Class Action: Everyone else named Mike Myers against . . . .
