It's a bit more complicated than that. Using a moderately common definition of bisexuality, essentially all women are (or could be, absent their personal, unique life experiences) bisexual. Using an equally common definition of bisexuality, essentially no men are bisexual. They might not be "1" and "10" -- they might be "3" and "7" -- but there are basically no perfectly-down-the-middle "5" men. They're either pretty much "gay" or pretty much "straight" in their orientation, but they care more about the personal/emotional side of the relationship than about the physical/sexual side. That is, a "pretty much gay" bisexual man will prefer an emotionally satisfying relationship with a woman to a basically physical relationship with a man, whereas a "plain" gay man doesn't really have much interest in a woman at all. (Looking over this, I'm not sure that I've explained this very clearly -- but if you're familiar with the studies, you know what I'm talking about, and if you're offended by the idea anyway, then it probably doesn't matter how lucidly it's explained.)
