Certainly most African-Americans are of sub-Saharan African descent. You know that, I know that, most people know that.

That's not the point. I know that, but clearly not everyone knows that. There was a time when blackness was equated with moral turpitude in the same way that some insist on equating same-sex attraction with and comparing it to moral turpitude and disease. That is sinister. Like handedness, skin color and sexuality are trivial variations within our species.

Personally, I'm attracted to right-handed people, but only if they pretend to be left handed.
